Empathy and excellence are the currency I work with, and Atlanta-based entrepreneurs are who I support and serve through my gifts. My name is Stacey-Ann Taylor, and I’m the face and brains behind the Law Office of Stacey-Ann Taylor, an Atlanta small business & trademark law firm. At a young age, I was exposed to the joy and pain of running businesses, as my father has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I watched him start and manage a number of businesses over the years, so I understand the risks and rewards of owning and building a small business.

If after this initial consultation you feel like we would work well together, I encourage you to sign up for my monthly subscription service, the Atlanta Entrepreneur’s Program. This one-of-a-kind service is designed to help you get customized legal business advice and contract review assistance when you need it, without worrying about paying an hourly rate. If a monthly subscription isn’t for you, I offer many services a-la-carte for a flat rate, so you’ll know up-front what you can expect to pay, with no surprises.

A Strong Business Requires Regular Maintenance.

I firmly believe that a business, like a car, needs regular tune-ups to be prepared for the long-haul and to weather the inevitable bumps in the road. When you sign up for the Atlanta Entrepreneur’s Program, I encourage you to meet with me regularly by phone for at least 15 minutes once a month to talk through your short- and long-term plans and to help keep your business on track. When your business consumes most of your waking hours, you need these check-ins to be quick, convenient and productive. You can use our online scheduler to find a time that works for you.

I was able to use my diverse and multi-dimensional perspective to help them protect their market share through proactive legal measures.
